轻粉30克，冰片30克，乳香20克，没药20克（乳没去油）。
上药共研细末，过120目筛。患者取右侧卧位，肛门皮肤用新洁尔灭棉球消毒。自制竹签（长12厘米，直径2毫米，一端钝尖，一端扁铲形）并高压灭菌。用签扁端撮药粉约0.5克左右，涂在裂口上，外敷少许无菌棉花，用竹签尖端送至肛门内压迫药粉，再敷上无菌纱布2块，用胶布固定。每次大便后用淡盐水洗洁肛门，来医院门诊换药。一般经5-7次治疗即可治愈。
祛腐生肌，活血止痛，滋阴凉血。
