当归30克（酒洗），川芎30克，白芍36克（盐、酒炒），熟地黄24克（姜汁浸，炒），人参15克，白术40克（土炒），白茯苓18克，甘草9克（炙），山药30克，莲子肉30克（去皮、心），扁豆18克（姜汁炒）。
上药为细末，打姜汁，神曲糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每服60-70丸，空腹时用白滚水送下。
养元气，健脾胃，生血脉，调荣卫。
