角度深度：先直刺0.2-0.3寸，然后沿胸骨柄后缘气管前缘缓慢向下刺入0.5-1寸

手法：得气后行捻转手法，不宜提插

注意：针刺不能过深，不宜向左右刺，以防刺伤锁骨下动脉及肺尖；刺中气管壁会出现喉痒欲咳
