主治：小便不利，遗溺不禁，阳痿，早泄，遗精，白浊，疝气偏坠，月经不调，阴痛，阴痒，痛经，带下，崩漏，阴挺，产后恶露不止，胞衣不下，水肿

取穴：在下腹部，前正中线上，当脐中下4寸

操作：直刺0.5-1寸；可灸。在腹白线上，深部为乙状结肠

配伍：足三阴、任脉之会；膀胱募穴

注意：针刺前必须排尿；孕妇禁针；膀胱充盈时禁刺
