[The use of cis in combination with oral anti-cancer combination therapy regulated via cGAS-STING by
The research is aimed at exploring the effects of chlorophyll on Lewis lung tumor transfer mice based on the signaling pathways of the cytoplasmic adenosine-AMP synthase-stimulating factor interfering gene (GAS-STING). A Lewis lung cancer tumor-transplant mouse model has been developed, successfully modeled, and randomly divided into model groups, cisplatin group, cisplatin + TCM, inhibitor group, inhibitor + TCM group, and blank group, with 10 mice each. For each group of mice, two weeks of appropriate interventions were carried out: measurements of the number of white cells, red cells and platelets in the bloodstream of mice, the use of anticoagulant chromosomes to observe the pathological and morphological characteristics of tumor tissue, the use of fluid cell surgeries to detect the percentage of CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes in the kidneys, and, finally, immunological activity in the kidneys by enzymatically binding immunosuppression experiments.
