rheumatoid arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis is a major autoimmune disease characterized by chronic, symmetrical multi-joint glioma. The immune system of patients abnormally attacks the glioma of their joints, causing glioma, enlargement, formation of blood vessels, erosion of the cartilage and bones of the joints, resulting in joint pain, swelling, stiffness, late-term joint damage, deformity and loss of function. In addition to the joints, rheumatoid arthritis is also common in women aged 30-50 years, and the incidence of female arthritis is about 2-3 times that of male, and is an important chronic disease that causes disability.

The cause of rheumatoid arthritis is not entirely clear, and is the result of genetic susceptibility and interaction with environmental factors. Genetically, genes such as HLA-DR4 are associated with disease, and there is a tendency for family clustering; among environmental factors, smoking is the most obvious risk factor, and not only increases the incidence but also the severity of the disease among smokers; in addition, infectious factors (such as certain viruses, bacteria), endocrine factors, and stress may be involved in the disease. After the onset of the disease, the antibodies themselves (like rheumatoid factors, anti-glucanine antibodies) mediate the immune response, lubricate T cells, B cells, macrophages, and so on, releasing various inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-6 etc.

), drive inflammation and bone destruction. Typical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis are chronic, symmetrical, multi-joint inflammation. Typical arrhythmias include 'symmetrical' arrhythmias, 'button-shaped' arrhythmias, lateral inclinations, joint semicircularity.

The outward appearance of the joints includes: rheumatoid arthritis (a type of rheumatoid arthritis), pulmonary thromboembolism (pneumonia), cardiovascular inflammation (pneumonia), vascular inflammation, dry disorders (pneumonia), anemia, osteoporosis, etc. Symptoms of shortness of breath, decreased appetite, leanness. Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (a type of rheumatoid arthritis) combined with clinical performance, laboratory and imaging checks.

Laboratory checks (a type of rheumatoid arthritis) and anti-glucan antifungal antibody positively supporting diagnosis, inflammation indicating blood clotting, C-protein reaction) and elevated disease activity. Imaging: X-rays show narrow joint gaps, bone relaxation, bone erosion; ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging can detect slime inflammation and bone erosion early, helping to diagnose early. International standards require at least one clinical slime inflammation of the joints, scores reaching the diagnostic criteria.

Treatment targets for rheumatoid arthritis have been elevated from 'symptomatic mitigation' to 'diagnostic treatment', with an emphasis on early, normative, and individualized treatment. DMARDs are fundamental therapies, with traditional synthetic DMARDs (melatonin folic acid as an anti-rheumatic medication, and chamomile, willow, and lime) required long-term use; for those with poor or delayed efficacy with traditional medications, biological preparations (TNF-α inhibitors, IL-6 inhibitors, CD20 monocytes, etc. ) or later targeted synthetic DMARDs (JAK inhibitors) are effective, fast-acting, accurate, and significantly improving joint progression; joint protection, functional exercise, physical therapy, and, if necessary, artificial joint replacement surgery.

Quitting smoking, supplementing with zinc and vitamin D to prevent bone relaxation. Although rheumatoid arthritis can't be cured, modern treatments have achieved clinical relief for most patients. The key is early diagnosis, early treatment, regulatory follow-up.

Patients should regularly check for inflammatory indicators, hepatic function, eye drops, and other medications.
