Insect spondylitis

Acute spondylitis is a chronic autoimmune disease of the central and peripheral skeletal joints (armpits, spinal joints, rib joints) and belongs to the family of spondylitis. Patients are mainly characterized by low back pain, morning sickness, and limited spinal activity, and as the condition progresses, the spine may become stiff, the spine curved, and the quality of life is severely affected. The disease is most common in young men, with a peak in the 20s and 30s, with a prevalence of about 2-3 times that of women, and the disease tends to be more severe in men.

It is closely related to human antibodies to white blood cells B27 (HLA-B27). HLA-B27 is an important genetic susceptibility factor, and most patients with HLA-B27 are positive but not positive; environmental factors such as certain gut microbial infections, immune response abnormalities are involved in the disease. Inflammation mainly occurs in the spinal cord and the bone marrow attached points (associated points) and the mucous membrane, and arthritis is the first and most common site of inflammation, with inflammation gradually increasing upward along the spine, thorax, and vertebrae, causing new bone formation, bone bridges formation, and a stronger spine.

Typical symptoms of severe straight spine inflammation are inflammatory low back pain: initially concealed, more slow-onset, pain in the waist or elbow, stiffness, apparent morning pain (lasting for more than 30 minutes), reversed after exercise, severe after rest, apparent night pain, often painful awakening. As the condition progresses, spine activity is limited, elbow, elbow, backward difficulty, lower chest enlargement leads to breathing difficulties. There may also be external joint fatigue (thigh, knees, shoulder joints), attachment (inflammation of the legs, chest pain), pelvic pain (inflammation of the eyes, eye pain, decreased vision) and other inflammatory intestinal joints.

Late-onset changes in the spine's 'bamboo-like' shape, curvature of the vertebral column, sharpness of the spine joints, and severe impacts on daily life. Diagnosis of strong rectal spondylitis is combined with clinical performance, imaging and laboratory examination. MRI can detect active inflammation such as spinal cord fibroids early, X-rays can detect bone marrow erosion, scarring, fusion, and late-onset spine-like changes; HLA-B27 detection has auxiliary diagnostic value; hemorrhaging, C-reactive protein elevated stimulation activity.

Diagnostic standards emphasize inflammatory low back pain (at least 3 months) plus imaging conditions such as inflammation of the spine joints or HLA-B27 positive. Treatment of hyperthyroidism emphasizes 'drugs+exercise' and is heavy, with the goal of controlling inflammation, alleviating symptoms, preventing convulsions, and maintaining functioning. Drug therapy: anti-inflammatory antibodies are first-line medications for relieving low back pain and morning sickness; medications for improving the condition (whey, melanin) have certain therapeutic effects on peripheral joints and inflammation of the attachments; biological preparations (TNF-α inhibitors, such as adhesive antibodies and nasoprops); IL-17 inhibitors, such as the Sickle syringe antibodies) are particularly effective in rapidly controlling inflammation and preventing the formation of new bones, and are important breakthroughs in treatment for those who are not well versed in conventional drug therapy.

Exercise therapy is essential to maintain swimming, Tai Chi, spine stretching, etc. , maintain spine activity, prevent convulsions; sleep as much as possible on hard boards, low pillows, and maintain the correct posture. People with severe spinal cord injuries may consider artificial hip replacement surgery, and people with severe spinal cord injuries may have surgical convulsions.

The prognosis of severe spinal cord disease varies from individual to individual, and early diagnosis, regulation, and physical exercise are good. Patients should stop smoking, exercise regularly, maintain a good posture, and follow-up. Most patients can maintain normal work and life, and some patients with mild or even no apparent functional impairments.

Building confidence and long-term management is key to improving outcomes.
